This is the second level of individualization of the Diet Solution plan. Once you have completed this step you will have a unique list of foods that work well for your specific Metabolic Type. In general, your ideal foods will likely be natural foods. Because, as Isabel writes, foods with artificial ingredients can wreak havoc on your body. This is because your body identifies many artificial ingredients as toxins, which sets off an alarm in the body and takes away from the optimal processing of the foods you ingest. In the end, these toxins end up being stored in your body's fat cells, which has long-term consequences for your health and weight loss goals.
